What's Your Pet Peeve? Things that bother you... you know, the little things that aren't life and death, but just irk you.
I hate when people use alot - like it's one word. It's actually two! A lot of people combine it and that gets on my nerves. Just an example... What's your pet peeve? |

I hate it when my mom calls the Mall of America "Mall America". I also hate it when she says "we'll see once"
Example: "Mom, do you want to go to a movie with me on Saturday?" And she responds "We'll see once." I just want to scream "ONCE WHAT?" Shake it til ya make it

And either. The word. It can be said both ways...
"Eeeeeether"? "Eye-ther"? What's the proper way to say it? Don't know... but, I hate when someone says "eye"ther... Same with the word "often". I was taught to say it with the "t" silent... "offen", if you will. It bugs me when people pronounce the "t". Why would that bug me? |

whenever this question comes up, the same answer always pops into my head:
SLOW WALKERS. now, i understand perfectly if you can't help but be slow for whatever reason. but what i don't understand why people can't watch their backs and get out of other people's way. especially if you KNOW you're slow. and pay attention when you're in public. because you're on your cell phone or listening to your iPod is no excuse for not responding to "excuse me please". generally speaking, my biggest pet peeve probably centers around people who don't know how to behave in public. slow walkers are just the most ubiquitous in that whole genre of peevery.

Buying an organic salad mix, and finding a beef-eating fly inside it. Did these people share facilities with a meat packing company?
