Org Bakers--share your coffee cake recipes

I am going to brunch at a friend's next weekend and am contemplating baking coffee cake, but I am not really feeling the recipe I found in my Betty Crocker cookbook, or even on epicurious.com.

Does anyone have a good recipe? I don't want one that uses sour cream (barf) or requires too many fancy ingredients. I would prefer to do a 'classic', cinnamon, blueberry, or apple coffee cake. (And I only have a 9x13x2 baking dish, so please no recipes that require bundt pans, angel food cake pans, etc.)

Thanks!

Here is a recipe that I just found online:

EASY CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cooking oil

Blend above well and set aside 1 cup mix for topping. 1 tsp. baking powder 1 c. milk + 1 tbsp. vinegar
Add to above and mix well. Pour in greased and floured pan. Pour topping on (spread out). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

giggle It does say to bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. I've never tried making this recipe myself, but if you do decide to use it, let me know how it turns out. smile
