Nah, you know what,
do what you want to me, say what you want to me, play all the games you want with me, hate me for who I am, try to break me, but that just reveals what's at your core, as for me, I know who I am, what I am, how I live, how I love, who I love, what defines me, what shapes my motivations and reactions, I feel good about the person I am inside. And know that even though I could, I won't proceed to play these types of mind games. I find strength not from myself, but from an outside, higher source abounding with full energy and power and might that sustains me when I'm not able to go on my own power. I really, really hope that you can find peace and help. I'm telling you straight and without hatred or anger, I think you need help. | |

To clarify, the racist jokes she told where "ching chong" Asian jokes at my sister's expense (I had no clue this was going on, as Julie and I got along well enough).
It was in vogue at my school not to be racist against black kids, but Asians were fare game. 
Julie's sweet girl persona on MTV's Real World made me realize that it's all playing in front of the the camera--they don't REALLY get real. | |
