Honestly these people should not have kids if they can not provide them with the necessisties of life. In New Zealand we have the same problem, all the poor young and stupid people are having babies. Y'all should check out the Nia Glassie case where she was abused to death by his 35 year old mother and her lover a 17 year old, she died of bruises from beatings, and being put into a clothes dryer. Is there an awareness of child abuse there too, and I bet u where is LaDamians father.

I am blaming the mother because she failed to provide the necessities of life to her baby and she gave it a bad name, and she watered down milk formula. In New Zealand she would be charged with child abuse and she would be banned from having children.
Its also clearly obvious she has little education and is unemployed, and therefore provides a poor role model to her children. Whats up with that nappy ass hair. She can't even wear clean clothes.
When I say these people, I mean uneducated, young solo mothers who can not provide for children, nothing racial but you will agree a lot of these women are black or latino. But there are plenty of white women who are just as bad.To me when you bring children into the world you devote your life to them. The fact shes malnourished may at least suggest she cares for them a bit more than some, although she looks like she wants her next snort of cocaine

If she is on WIC they make you go to nutrition and parenting classes. they also tell you EVERYTIME ( at least in California and Tennesee when I was on WIC) DO NOT USE MORE WATER THAN DIRECTED ON THE CAN. They preach that, or at least they did, my baby is 13 maybe things have changed.

Also if she isn't getting enough then she needs to tell her WIC rep and they can up the amount she is allotted.

when i was a baby- my mum had an over supply- and donated her milk to the hospital, but u cant do that these days
