SEE! I'd never think to put it on something like that, I've only used it in sauces or stew-like dishes. That sounds good! smile

I put garlic salt in damn near everything. I'm also a big fan of the lemon pepper, especially when I'm sauteeing veggies.

I've been meaning to fiddle fart around with spices more often.

This thread is so goddamned ghey.

My favorite are:

1) Thai Basil (not to be confused with sweet basil) drool

2) Tarragon drool

3) Cilantro drool

4) garlic ky

5) black pepper

6) Cinnamon drool

7) Mint (fresh mint leaves that is) drool

8) Lemon Grass .... oh gawd dayum drool

9) Ginger ky

10) Sweet Basil

Here's a delicious RAW variation of a Thai dish (Chicken Larp) I call Walnut Larp

1) Handful of walnuts
2) pinch of cumin
3) tspn to tablspoon of Soy Sauce (True raw, fermented Namu Shoyu perferred)
4) two stalk of lemon grace sliced in to inch long chunks
5) 5 or 6 mint leaves
6) 2 mushrooms

Put ingredients in a food processor and mix for just a few seconds until ingredients are diced together but not pasty or mushy.

Serve immediately on top of Red Cabbage or your choice of leafy vegetable. drool
