i put them in a strainer and use a pizza cutter to cut them up smaller

Extra cheese and pepperoni usually do it for me.

I always order it from a local favorite, non-chain, type place..Petrini's Pizza, pepperoni~mushroom and sausage!

I used to make a wicked one (for a restaurant) which had stilton cheese, chicken and leeks..

I make my pizzas from scratch, and what goes on depends on what I have in.. but you cant go wrong with buffalo mozzarella, vine tomatoes, fresh basil and pesto.
