Salad dressings .... your favorite non creamy.

Salads is a huge part of my diet... I am looking to try something new and not creamy. Any suggestions?

I currently like spicy french and balsamic vinaigrette.

Fresh squeezed lemon juice and a dusting of sugar...

sounds bizarre but it takes salads in a whole new direction...

I like my homemade vinaigrette: olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard, salt, pepper and fresh thyme, basil and oregano. cool

Sounds good without the mustard. I'm not a mustard fan.

Sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, pepper.

You're welcome.

And don't say creamy in GD without expecting jokes.

For example: I gave him a salad but Dan was pissed when he learned nothing creamy would be on his chin.

It doesn't taste like mustard. It's just a small amount to round out the flavor and help emulsify the dressing.

I don't like dijon, generally, but it adds a lot of flavor to a salad dressing. And I just noticed I use a little honey in there, too.
