i think it's a good thing. it forces people who haven't read the book to read the book if they like the movie. | |

yeah, i think it's a good thing too, actually. it's a litte bit out of left field for a mainstream movie audience to accept without guffawing and coming away with a "what the?!" (in a bad way) reaction. | |

(in a bad way) reaction. Yeah. It's kinda sacrilegious to say, but I think the last couple issues of Watchmen don't live up to the standards the earlier issues set. I think Alan Moore let the quality slip some in the end. That said, it's still an amazing graphic novel and making a change to that part in order to adapt it to a different medium seems smart. | |
