I would have to pick in a small beach house in a bed, looking out over the ocean, with pen and paper in hand, music broadcasting thru the room and the smell of flowers around me. Natural causes.

I'd rather be attacked from below whilst swimming in the sea by a large shark.

After the initial shock and pain of losing my lower half, I'd like to remain aware of my situation for maybe 3 or 4 minutes more to see the inside of the shark's mouth and belly as I was swallowed. I guess I would just have to be lucky enough to avoid having my shull crushed as the shark chomped wildly on me.
