You want to gain 20 pounds of fat? "What's 'non-sequitur' mean? Do I look it up in a Fag-to-English dictionary?"

Get the storebrand imatation Ensure-type drinks.
I think Walmart sells Equate braand stuff and its usually alot cheaper than name brand stuff. Or just drink chocolate milk or something like it with every meal BTW, why are you trying to gain weight?...If you don't mind me asking If you will, so will I

It's really hard to keep weight on if you've got a speedy metabolism. And putting it on in the form of fat isn't a great thing for your health (building muscle mass, while more work, is healthier and more sustainable). Exercise, but focus on weight training and resistance-enhanced cardio, like swimming. I'm guessing that Ensure is basically a multivitamin pureed with a milkshake. There are healthier, tastier ways to get extra calories. Increase healthy fat intake (avocados, nuts, olive oil, flax oil); fat has 9 kcal/g, whereas carbs/protein have 4 kcal/g. Drink 100% fruit juice (ie. no added sugar) instead of water. "What's 'non-sequitur' mean? Do I look it up in a Fag-to-English dictionary?"

Actually, I think they are a relatively healthy way to put on weight. At least, I assume so. When I was hospitalized for anorexia, I was forced by my doctors to drink 8 cans a day. But I guess that was a different circumstance, so you may be right.
As to them tasting "hella good", I think you're cracked! Lol. Just kidding. Different strokes for different folks, but I hate them with a passion. Good luck putting on weight though. As others have mentioned, there are generic brand products that taste and function exactly the same. I hope you are getting healthy!

I was forced to drink it when I was really sick and refused to eat.
It tastes like rotten grass.

Yeah, when you're not eating anything else and you basically need a fatty, sugary liquid multivitamin, it probably makes sense. At least in a hospital setting; at home, I'd actually opt for a variety of Odwalla-esque beverages over Ensure, myself. But for somebody who is willing and able to eat real food, I think it's probably not a great thing. "What's 'non-sequitur' mean? Do I look it up in a Fag-to-English dictionary?"

In the UK Ensure comes in milkshake flavours or juice types.
