Comes on Tuesday nights at 10pm. It is one of the most entertaining 30 minutes on television. They play a mixture of spanish music as well as hip-hop. They also do mixes.

It's GOOD GHETTO TELEVISION!! lol

Dude!! I was on DMX TV a couple of years ago! I did a show at DMX in '06 and it was recorded for DMX TV interspersed with their skits. I still have a copy of it on VHS. Did I not show it to you when you came over before? I need to...

NOO. U didn't show it 2 me. If Mauri helped u with it, I know it is funny as hell.

Mauri has to be one of the best dj's in this market. He is funny as hell!!

Yeah, Mauri interviewed me and the other guys that performed after the show. It's in that episode. I really have to show it to you. I've known Mauri like forever but haven't talked to him in a while.

U aren't missing much. Houston is a beautiful city, it's just humid and muggy in the summer. Also, the streets flood whenever it rains. Other than that, it is a nice city. You could always go to NASA and see the spaceships.

SAMMY TERRY is probably my all-time favorite local tv show, but it's been off the air for years:

In the 1970s and 1980s, we had a local half-hour dance show on Saturday mornings called "Black Gold" that put "Soul Train" to absolute shame! The show definately lived up to it's name also. The songs played were the hardest "blackest" funk with very little crossover stuff and the dancers were much better than most of the stiff dancers that started coming on "Soul Train" around 1982. That show was my absolute favorite. I wish I had a VCR back in those days.

I used to watch "Bozo" down here in Jackson back in the late 70s/early 80s. WGN was a cable channel even back then. The "Grand Prize Game" segment was my favorite. And is it just me but did Bozo seem like an old queen? lol

I try to catch it whenever it's on and see it in the digi-guide.
