I just tried to call somebody via skype who I have never called with skype before. It is a mobile phone number from abroad. As soon as it started ringing it showed that there is already a connection and it sounded as if there was, but nobody answered and it kept ringing which makes me think that there wasn't really a connection. But I had to pay for it although I think nobody picked up the phone. This has not happened to me before. As some of you guys may have experiences with this please tell me what was going on .

I tried 3 times since and the line is busy every time . I wonder if I should call from my home phone instead, but it's more expensive if I do.

They didn't charge me when they said the line was busy, they just did for the first call.
If I manage to get through but without having a connection like the first time I will try from my home phone I guess.

even with a regular mic conversation free of charge skype can mess up and it has happened to me before this sucks but it is their fault. dont think theres much you can do.
