Anxiety Sucks Major Ass!

I totally wrote a blog about this on myspace, but I'm suffering from escalated levels of anxiety lately.

I think I'm going to go out jogging at the bay tonight to relieve some stress.

Have you had anxiety?
I'm pretty sure everyone's had anxiety at one time or another.

But how do you cope?

Exercise or talking about whatever is making you anxious usually works for me. I find that I get anxious over stupid crap, but once I can talk it out I feel better.

some people thrive on anxiety, you know. it's the only thing that keeps them awake and motivated. you may owe a lot more to anxiety than you think, though if you want to fork over large amounts of money to shut anxiety up, i'm sure it would be quite effective.

Really? I use to have times where I would be so anxious I could'nt sleep,so I would just lay there, and think of all things that I would buy for everyone, and myself if I had an endless supply of money,I would usually fall asleep before I got to far into it.

I cherish anxiety. It keeps me on my toes. It keeps me sharp, in a dull world.
