But they are so pretty and taste so good. We use to call them 'chinese apples' when i was a kid, but i think that's politically incorrect to say now.

I love pomegranates..

and funnily enough my friend decided to move 300 miles away, all decided by pomegranate seeds.. lol

Not sure if anyone mentioned it yet or not.

Grenadine syrup is thickened and sweetened pomegranate juice used in cocktail mixing.

I have been reading up on the health benefits of Pomegranate.


I have been sprinkling the seeds on everything.

My fave is still Blueberry & Pomegranate juice.

I put just a splash of it in sparkling water. It tastes great - and not drinking it straight cuts the carbohydrate count (which is very high).
