I guess I shouldn't have complained so much about your chilli thread.
You set the bar so low we're all now playing limbo to try and get under it, figuratively speaking.

Is there a vitamin B5? confuse

I'm taking Nutrition and we just had a test on all the vitamins and minerals and the only B vitamins I know are...

B1, Thiamin
B2, Riboflavin
B3, Niacin
B6
and
B12

I know you don't care about these things, Carrie redface, but there's an old Jewish convention that there are 613 seeds in a pomegranate -- one for every mitzvah, or commandment, in the Hebrew bible.

So... if you're ever feeling Jewish-ish one day smile, as you enjoy your pomegranate, also enjoy 613 reminders of ways to live a full, charitable life... and that you gain a blessing with each!

Gawd! last year I discovered my love for Pomegranates and I've been pathetically waiting all year for them to comeback in season! woot!

They are pure food crack! but not so easy to eat on the go (I took one to work with me for a snack and by the time I was done I looked like a murderer neutral )

but eat up Carrie! they are so good (and good for ya!) I have 2 in the fridge now, and if it wasn't getting late I'd crack it open
If you will, so will I
