Comedian Katt Williams is currently under medical care at an undisclosed hospital in Sumter, South Carolina after attempting to check into a motel in a bathrobe.

Williams showed up at the Mt. Vernon Inn around 8:30 a.m. on Friday.

"And when I asked for his ID, he stared to look in his pockets and couldn't find his ID," Marion Donning, the motel clerk, told The Item, a newspaper in South Carolina.

Donning said Williams went out to a SUV and brought in a man. He reportedly became disruptive when Donning told him that the unidentified male would be responsible for him.

“The gentleman in the bathrobe said, 'Well I make $20 million year, and you're trying to take responsibility for me?'"

On a surveillance tape, Williams is seen squatting by the door. Williams and his company left the motel without ever checking in, and according to the WIS News 10, Williams was picked up by deputies while at a law office two blocks away.

Williams’s family, The Item reports, sent police over so Williams can be taken to undergo a mental evaluation.

Williams was scheduled to perform at the Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas on Thursday, but according to his publicist, Yvette Shearer the show has been cancelled.

In a statement, Shearer said that the comedian is “incredibly fatigued” and is currently seeking medial attention.

Williams was most recently arrested in New York for weapons possession.

Let me tell u about this lil' bastard.
I went to his show in New Jersey almost 2 weeks ago. He was "missing" prior to that. He was in jail on gun charges, but no one knew. This was a few days before the show. I called the venue to make sure it was still scheduled, which it was.

When I got to the casino where it was held, it was supposed to start at 8:00 pm. Nothing got underway until 9:00 pm. People had to sit around for an hour of nothing. When it finally did start, we had to first sit thorugh a female rapper. Then, some guy comes on stage to introduce a "nervous new comer" who I thought would be a comedy opening act.
To my shock, Katt rolls on stage and proceeded to RAP. I swear he looked like he was high on something and I was like "OMG< why is he rapping?" His hair was raggedy, he was sweating bullets and was fiddling with some chain he was trying to wrap around and dangle from his mike. His behavior was really bizarre. He left after performing 3 songs.

Then we had to sit thorugh two more stand-up acts before he comes back out. He musta washed his ass and got his hair did, because his hair was back to normal. He did a little bit of comedy, but not much, He was on a rant about how he has 8 children and and he needs to be around to take care of them and that's why he carries a gun, He went on and on about that shit and ended with a story about how he travels with a 17 person entourage, he went to Vibe or BET to host something and they wouldn't let his entourage in. So "I cashed the check anyway, went home, got my dick sucked and smoked a blunt. Thank you and good night?" This mother fucker leaves the stage.. People were like WTF, I KNOW he aint leaving after making us wait for him and then using us to vent about his arrest! Needless to say, I was pissed. I will never buy a ticket to see him again.

I am not surprised to hear about this mental shit. But I wouldn't be surprised if it was an act to get out of going to jail. I don't think he had a license to carry it or it might not have been a registered piece. If they sent Martha Stewart to jail for a hook-up, they will definitely send his little ass packin'.

See kids, drugs ARE bad. I heard about this a while ago and was SMH @ it. He sweats bullets more than ME! And I'm not 400 pounds but I'm not a skinny female. I was watching one of his old shows on TV about a month ago wondering why he was sweating like that. All I have to say is drugs are bad, m'kay?
