I suspect there still would be some, given that the brain structure of a transsexual person actually is mismatched to their physical gender. A male who feels he should be a woman literally has a female brain, and a female who feels she whould be a man literally has a male brain. One thing I think we can say is that if we did somehow erase the social construct, there'd be less pressure for people to conform to their biological sex's gender role, and less shame associated in not doing so.
