Barefaced Liars I am currently doing contract work for a major UK bank, refurbishing each branch they have in my region.
To do my job i have to work closely with the certain bank staff at the head office. I am used to having problem clients, but: These people are very disorganised. They seem to be experts at blaming people for their own mistakes. BUT ABOVE ALL THEY ARE BAREFACED LIARS. Not just certain individuals. All the staff i meet are the same. There is something so ugly about lying like this. And i seem to have found a nest of them. How should i deal with it without resorting to physical violence? As equality grows, violence declines. |

My advice, based on contracting myself: Keep your mouth shut. Keep taking the money. Move on once your contract ends. Never be tempted to tell them what you "really" think, because your next job may depend on your relationship with your old client. | |

Last week, we peeled the wallpaper off a wall in one of their properties and discovered a crack requiring the evacuation of the building! As equality grows, violence declines. |

Realise they are a bunch of failures but haven't found out themselves yet (denial is bad thing). No need to point it to them when they don't want to know. Laugh at them and their stupid lies when you close the door, go home, relax and be glad that you are not a banker. | |
