Firefox VS. Opera VS. Chrome (Which browser is THE best for you?!?) 1. I've been using Firefox as my primary browser since v1.0. I started checking out Opera & Chrome one Saturday night in 2008 and I was (and still am) amazed at some of the features. If Google OR web users can somehow make more improvements on Chrome (which is open source BTW), I'll consider using it more often (it's perfect to use when watching video on YouTube! ) As for Opera, that is great browser that is curse with mostly pointless add-ons (known within that browser as widgets). But what do you think based on your own research?
2. IE isn't part of the discussion on this thread. Sorry. 3. Although I'm a PC-users, Mac-users are welcome to discuss (but no PC bashing please, THIS is NOT that kind of thread!).

I think Chrome has its benefits but you practically give up your anonymity once you switch to them. Firefox is much better when it comes to giving you that kind of anonymity, discretion and security, and it´s not really that much slower than Chrome. Google already knows to much about our internet surfing habits, why give them more info ? " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

Ive been using Chrome recently cuz my Firefox crashes when I watch flash files.
Even on the org if we have a thread with multiple youtube videos embedded, all of my firefox windows freeze Chrome is faster but i wish I could have my bookmarkes on the left side. I'm not mad at you, I'm mad at the dirt.

I've found Firefox to be the best browser out there, I love the many different features and themes and add-ons that you can choose from and it's damn fast.
I just wish they had kept the arrange bookmarks on the right click instead of the way you have to do it now, that sucks. The Most Important Thing In Life Is Sincerity....Once You Can Fake That, You Can Fake Anything.

I prefer Safari (I'm a Mac user). Firefox is my backup browser. "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis

Google needs to put plenty of security on Chrome in order to grant more users. Anonymity is a must!

Chrome has a huge advantage when it comes to users watching videos from YouTube, Dailymotion, OR Megavideo. Firefox never crashed on me when an org thread is full of YouTube clips. But then again, I made it a habit of update my flash player to avoid that problem.

Since v3.0, I've no longer have the option of putting all of my bookmarks in alphabetical order! I'm still piss about that more than anything else. Mozilla need to fix that before reaching v4.

Oh you can do it but you have to go into the bookmarks tab and click organize bookmarks, but after that I get confused and sometimes i can alphabetize them and sometimes I can't. My other beef is that when you shut down the computer asks that stupid "exit and save" shit. It's just not needed. The previous version remembered my setting and didn't need to ask me. ok ... you are out of your effin mind Safari is the most insecure browser out there and that's a truth. And, yes I'm a Mac user too ... I use Firefox. Chrome doesn't have a Mac version yet, but it's been bashed with exploits since it's conception. Firefox + the NoScript plug-in and if you don't know what you're gonna be looking at (which pages you will visit. Wrap it all in Sandboxie to top of the secure surf-fest

That's not a browser, it uses IE or FF in the background. and it's Chinese, they have great women but any software coming from that country should be distrusted by default.

I use Firefox Opera is older than Firefox. And Chrome was release by Google in September 2008 (I think).

Chrome.
I still use Firefox occasionally because of a few extensions I can't live without (DownloadHelper, ftw!), but I basically use Chrome for all my other uses because of speed. YouTube is excellent on Chrome. FF3 had so much hype the day it was released, I even participated in the whole download day, but it crashes WAY more than FF2 did. Chrome will sometimes crash (thank goodness only one tab though) with Shockwave and a few other obscure plugins, but otherwise it's great. Kinda strange, kinda awesome.

Two annoying things about Chrome:
1. You can't get rid of the "Recent bookmarks" window. 2. The scroll is way too fast (maybe they've fixed that now?). I'm a Firefox man.
