A man can make a child and walk away.....I have issues as I want a man in my life.I would love a Father figure 2 take me fishing,hunting,fucken,well that's not gonna happen.

Just wish my Father would acknowkedge me and say yes U R my child and he loves me ?

I feel for you..
I had a father, he acknowledged me, and we lived in the same house. Problem is, I only saw him sober, a handful of times in my life. He died at the age of 66 from a heart attack, after years of liver cancer.
I always dreamed that Ward Cleaver was my Dad.

I have always tgought if he dies should I care ?

I so sorry to hear your yearning. Have you any uncles, big brothers, or professional colleagues with whom you could forge a sort of mentoring relationship?

I met my father when I was 17 years old...

He remained in my life, oh, about 3 months.

Drank himself to death.

I have no feelings one way or the other...

I'm so sorry that you're affected by this.
Everybody needs to at least have a chance to know their parent.
Do you know where he's at?
Can you contact or even search for him?
Hope you find some resolution and peace of mind.
