Raiding the Fridge! I just made a bad-ass grilled cheese with italian beef and pickles with stuff I found in the fridge. It changed my life!
What are your favorite cobbled-together meals? Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |

when my sister and I were desperate for sweets, we'd make shortcrust pastry from flour, sugar and butter and eat it raw, like cookie dough

Ex-Moderator | I've made an individual apple "crisp" by slicing an apple fairly thin and layering in a custard cup with cinnamon & sugar sprinkled through and topping with cinnamon, brown sugar, butter and crumbled saltines all cut together and then baking for around 45 minutes.

Saltines? Is that a Minnesota thing? I've been meaning to make pear crisp. "What's 'non-sequitur' mean? Do I look it up in a Fag-to-English dictionary?"

I'm a master at putting together a yummy meal out of totally random ingredients.
Though right now I feel challenged. I've got stale bread and beets. Oh, and split pea soup mix. I guess I can make the bread into croutons for the soup, but I think the beets are gonna stay lonely. "What's 'non-sequitur' mean? Do I look it up in a Fag-to-English dictionary?"

See - I didn't have anything else to use - flour, or oats or whatever. So I crumbled up saltines so it would have something to bake nice and crispy. |

I'm a cheese-hound. If I'm going to raid the fridge it would be for cheese. Recently I discovered that cheese and cocktail cherries go really well together, as does cheese and marmelade.
