I'm in manhattan this week for business, but thinking of catching some live music some night, probably wed or thursday. Anything good that a Prince fan might like (I mean hot r&b, or funk, soul, etc. to go listen to and chill, not a dance club, not prince impersonators or the like!)

There are lots of very small bands playing in Manhattan and Brooklyn if that's more what you're looking for instead of a big concert like the above.
