Just watch your portion sizes (make them smaller then what you normally do) and make yourself take a quick 1/2 hour walk in the mornings or after work with your son. That way you'll be teaching him good habits too. Either that or watch your body slowly break down until you die. It's a choice we all have to make as we get older and our metabolism slows down. God knows it's a harsh reality for me too. YOU CAN DO IT! | |
