All My Children Is anyone keeping up with this soap? I consider myself a big fan of this show, but this show has gone to the dogs. The characters are all supporting (including the stars). I hope the new writers prevail soon, because I see this show getting cancelled if it doesn't get better.
I've been listening to the Pine Valley Podcast, and the host, Ashley, is so on point. Am I the only one who is watching this? **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

Actually, ABC has been considering cancelling their entire lineup. They keep saying advertisers don't want to spend the money to keep them on. They have also cut back on staff and sets drastically. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

Actually, ABC has been considering cancelling their entire lineup. They keep saying advertisers don't want to spend the money to keep them on. They have also cut back on staff and sets drastically. When did they ever spend money on sets????  A working class Hero is something to be ~ Lennon |

I don't know if you've watched AMC lately, but we only a few sets; hospital, Adam's house/tunnels, Kendall and Zach's, Police Department (which is actually the hospital rearrnaged with fewer hallways) and maybe a bedroom or 2. I was a fan of the show for 15 years. Back in the day when Sara Michelle Jessica Parker Buffy the Vampire slayer whatever her name is, was on it.

I stopped watching the ABC lineup years ago when I realized I was watching 3 hours of tv for maybe one storyline per show I liked.
They use to be a lot of fun to watch. Now (and for a long time now) they have plastic actors in boring, predictable....SLOW ASS moving plots (a long held soap tradition). I realized I was wasting 3 hours of my life a day...stopped watching them and never looked back.  I'm firmly planted in denial |
