I worked for three hours on my homework and when I clicked the "post" button on my school's website to submit, a message came up saying "page timed out". It was like a discussion question blog and we have to have all these damn references when we answer the discussion question and shit...I typed everything out in that box and when I clicked the button and the page timed out, that meant that everything I had typed up was gone!! Now I have to struggle to remember what I fucking said, I wrote fucking 4 paragraphs!!! Now I have to start all over!!! I can't wait until after I finish this fucking class. I would email my professor and tell her what happened but she is a real bitch, i've seen how other students have asked her general questions and she answers with a smart ass attitude. God I hate school.

Type your school work in word and then copy and paste and click your button and if you are timed out you can re-paste and presto!!!

Lesson learned I guess.

I took some shots of a location I will be going in to shoot soon, and I've frikkin wiped the sdcard without checking what was on there. I can't believe I did that talk about sinking feeling.

This is why you should type your stuff up in notepad save.. copy paste.. and done...

I feel your pain...I did the same thing here, ranted about my nephew. It's really only good the first time around, especially when you are raging.

Copy n paste is the best way to do it...

If its any consolation when I was about 15, I lost my exam coursework project on a computer that crashed and broke. I had just finished it, about 8-10 pages and had loads of pictures, research etc and had to redo the whole thing. Luckily the teachers sympathised so i had an extra week or so to do it and in the end I think my secong version was better, but it really sucked.
Now I cut and paste any text and save the work frequently and copy to a disc too if its really crucial.
Its one of those lessons you learn the hard way.
