How often do u cry? I have been crying alot lately | |

I tear up nearly every day over something or other. I'm such a girl that way. Hormones and whatnot.
But I haven't had a good cry over something serious in about a month or so. |

I used to cry a lot more than I do now. I am much happier these days. But I had a good cry probably a month ago??? | |

I don't think it's good to hold in your tears...there's spmething really cleansing and purifying about releasing those emotions...it feels good to cry  | |

Sometimes crying stuff out helps you feel better. Its great to get it all out over the course of a few days than to keep it in and it comes out during a time where you don't want it to. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince. | |
