Right.
For a start, sausages are made with the same random parts of the animal; as are cold meats half the time. Second, all the random parts of the animal have the best flavour; ever watched Keith Floyd cook in France?! He doesnt use steaks and breast meat
The point is, we are not mad, we have been living off the land for hundreds of years, and its only in the last 30-40 that things like this have become at least unfashionable, at worst disgusting. Haggis is nice, thats what matters; if you've ever eaten a sausage or takeaway food in your life and liked it, dont be a snob about traditional food! I only eat it once a year if your lucky. Maybe once every few years Vegetarian haggis is nice to for those who get queasy about it, but its one of those things that need good meat stock in for flavour.
