Well...I am of Scottish heritage, and yes I have tried Haggis, but I have to admit I do not care for it too much.

They do something very similar in China which I have had before. Obviously it is best to get it from a good butchers, but the ones I have had have been really quite delicious..

so according to Merriam-Webster it's a traditionally Scottish dish that consists of the heart, liver, and lungs of a sheep or a calf minced with suet, onions, oatmeal, and seasonings and boiled in the stomach of the animal

I appreciate good food, and always like to try something different. I have been lucky enough to try some weird and wonderful foods, exotic delicacies and all.
