so, july 24th i think it was was when i fell at the grocery store and hurt my ankle... we had a mini debate about what i should do back then, heres an update-

the injury is still causing problems

i have been to physical therapy for several weeks now with little to no improvement on the range of motion

there is still pain if i move my ankle in a certain way

on halloween when i took the kids out trick or treating, i was walking down a FLAT street, no cracks, or bumps in the road at all, picked my foot up to take a step and felt it rip again now its swollen and painful all over again, back to the doctors in a few hours... i feel like i just got knocked back a month or two in my healing - this SUCKS!



anyway, i just wanted to tell you guys since you put so much energy into talking about it then, thought i'd catch you guys up


but, that vacation that was suggested, its lookin real damn good right about now!

doc today says its the peroneal tendon, thinks it will heal, but if not, it will require surgery i REALLY dont want to do that, lets hope for the best


however they did put me in this interesting walking boot thing that looks a lot like a ski boot, it feels better in there....
