The first time I said "I love you" to my boyfriend was actually during an arguement about 3 months after we met. I had made a slightly tipsy phone call to him the night before and the next day decided to ask him if I said anything odd (thinking I had made an asshole of myself due to liquor). This led to a very big arguement over what I was "hiding". Finally out of frustration I shouted "I was afraid I said I loved you, you asshole!!!" Totally surprised he pulled the car over and said "Well I hope you did because I know I love you...even though you just called me an asshole" This was followed by a big kiss...We're so not romantic...wish I could say it was a more affectionate incident but that's just not us...
We've been together almost a year and the last time we said "I Love You" to each other was yesterday. | |
