Don't even get me started.

I don't mind a few changes to source material as long as it's done well, a la the first two X-Men movies. But I've got a list a mile long of what's wrong with Queen. Not only did they change damn near everything, they made it suck, too.

And Stewart Townsend was stupid casting. What an awful Lestat. hrmph

The thing that really got me was the praise heaped on Aaliyah posthumously for her role. Hate to say it, but she really wasn't all that good. I think people just praised her performance because they knew it was her last.

Before Dark Knight came out, I was a little afraid that Heath Ledger would've fallen prey to Aaliyah syndrome after hearing all the pre-release praise. It's good to know he actually was good in his role.

I didn't like QUEEN OF THE DAMNED - the book. Too many characters.
