So I cut my hair off. Not in the roodboi sense. (Though I did that when I was 19.)

No, I just came back from the salon with a short cut that I love. I feel so much more beautiful with short hair! Why does the sexy emoticon have to have long hair?

Anyway, FunkMistress with long hair just isn't FunkMistress.

I'll post pictures after I get the pink streaks put in, to go with my black and pink wedding dress. We're having a second ceremony with family and friends this Saturday. I'm so excited I just peed.

What is it that makes you feel hot? Your favorite lipstick? Push-up bra? Combat boots? That stainless steel buttplug that nobody knows you have in, but makes you feel like a REAL MAN? Patchouli oil? Which is gross by the way.

I'm really happy.

i hate how narcissistic that sounds - because that's not my intention.

i never felt this way about myself. rarely. i've dealt with many self-esteem issues and never really got used to me. i find nowadays i've really become more familiar with myself and more in love with myself... i think it needed to happen, considering there was no love before.

that in itself, knowing i've come this far, makes me feel beautiful.

I would grow my hair down to my ass if I could, but it won't get any longer than about the collar of my shirt.

I feel good when I trim my beard short, have a shave and then get my hair cut. There's basically a 2 or 3 day window after then where I feel good before it all starts growing wild again and I can never be bothered to do anything about it.
