LAWD, It only takes a FEW SMALL CHANGES to make a HUGE DIFFERENCE. 
WAYNE NEWTON 
Look folks, we're all aging. We're all getting older, fatter, yadda yadda yadda. But there are a few easy things you can do to always look your best. First, case in point: Wayne Newton
His hair. Lawd, his hair. And that MAKEUP!!! I don't know who wears more, him or Prince.
His face will always look a bit ghey thanks to his stretched skin from facial surgery--better watch that shit wayne--stretch it anymore and your ears are gonna touch 
But he could do a few things: First, lose the long hair. The older you get the shorter your should be if you're a man. It improves the look and quality of the hair. It actually makes it look thicker, more masculine, and overall nicer. As your testosterone levels decrease from aging, you combat that by butching it up a bit. Secondly, if you can grow facial hair, try some facial hair from time to time. Thirdly, your ears are natural. Unless they are inhumanly grotesque, show your ears--don't cover them. People know when you're using your hair to cover up, and frankly, it looks creepy when you do.
Lastly, For fucks sake Wayne, why are you revealing all that wrinkled chest skin? Cover that shit up Lastly, you should always use a good moisterizer, but if you're a man don't over do the damned 'glow'. It just looks awful. BEFORE AND AFTER

I saw footage of him singing Danke Shane (I cant spell it) when he was young and I could've sworn it was a baby-dyke singing.
