I usually buy Maple Grove Farms brand or any type that's on sale and 100% maple syrup. Hate the fake stuff.  | |

Maple syrup from NY State.

I'm not a big fan of pure maple syrup (unless it's in a recipie). My favorite brand of syrup is Michelle's. She makes a maple creme syrup that will make you slap your mom. Also, the honey creme is to die for.

I tapped my trees a couple of times, gallon after gallon boils down to a few pints.....excellent syrup though Le prego di non toccare la macchina per favore! | |
