So my new computer has labelflash technology

Anybody know anything about it?
I can seem to find how to use the damned thing.

Its kind of like "Lightscribe" where you do not need a label for discs. But you do need lightscribe discs in order for that to work

Yes, I'm looking into the need for special DVDs now. It also appears at first glance, that it is for DVD's but perhaps not CD's which i'd like it more for. I was hoping someone here actually used the technology.

What pisses me off is computers no longer come with manuals. Its supposed to be onboard but when you try and look it up zip.

i'm glad I saw this thread- i'm suppose to buy a laptop- my first- and i'm lost as to what I should invest in. I run a small business out of my home and I need the laptop and projector to take with me when doing powerpoint presentations and workshops

you guys have any ideas on memory and harddrive or basic programs i should have other than microsoft-office

Hard drive depends on what all you wish to store but definetly get 3 or better yet 4GB of ram. I can open a gadzillion windows and everything runs smooth and fast still.
