What do you think of this?

Subject: Spaceman Salamanca, Spain cathedral
SALAMANCA, SPAIN
The Cathedral was built in 1102

There is a small detail carved into the masonery which amazes everyone that sees it...

Can you suggest how a 20th Century Astronaut came to be carved by a 12th Century Stonemason? hmmm

I got it in a email,and thought it was interesting.

I would love nothing more than for it to be true but in all seriousness they were added in '92 during the renovation... biggrin
