I watched last week's episode last night and it was very funny, but again, I had to watch every other scene twice because the zingers in the dialogue went by so fast.

That's just it. It's funny & smart, but it was hard to keep up. Sometimes I think maybe people are writing new shows to be seen over & over in reruns. They've seen what's happened with Seinfeld & the Simpsons, and now they figure you shouldn't get everything the first time through.

shrug I don't have any problems getting it the first time.

oh you're just so smart! lol

Sorry, I'm not expressing myself well today. I'll go back to my original statement that the pace was too much of one thing for my taste--all fast, no variation. It was hard to keep up more from an energy perspective.

But I'll also reiterate I only watched one episode, so I'm not condemning it or anything.

I was really impressed with the first season of Breaking Bad, so I can't wait for season 2 (2009).

I can't say there are many things in the new tv season that I'm amped up about neutral
A friend of mine keeps telling me that I will love Heroes, but I've still never seen it and I would want to see it from the beginning.
Reluctantly I am addicted to True Blood on HBO (Sundays), and I'm looking forward to the new season of Top Chef in NY.

Other than that I mainly watch reruns (Angel, Buffy, Charmed, Inuyasha, and Batman: The Animated Series)
If you will, so will I

I could probably find the early seasons online to watch. I just hate geting into a show at like season 4 or something. But I've heard it's really good

Gave up on Lost kinda, after killing off my hobbit, and turned off the tv after the island got moved?????

falloff

Smoke monsters, cross country cabins, invisible people, ageless people, a ship in the middle of the island, men coming back to life over and over, polar bears, time travel and whispers in the jungle were okay....

...but the minute an island "moves"...that's IT! johnwoo

You're funny.

And Charlie featured heavily in the last season even if he only made one actual appearance.

It's only on season 3 and season 2 was shortened because of the strike, so go for it. nod

The last series I made it a point to watch everyweek was "The Wire", now I only watch a few shows, House, Bones, Entourage and The Unit, from time to time.

i am kind of liking "The Mentalist"..hes cute!

I refuse to watch that show since it's such a blatant rip-off of Psych. disbelief

This was the one show I was looking forward to this season. I have watched all of the episodes and am not really feeling any of them.

The only major network shows that I am really watching are Desperate Housewives, Brothers & Sisters, The Amazing Race and Dancing With the Stars. I am a big fan of Bravo's programming. I am really feeling the Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Harlepolis

Other than Desparate Housewives(or "Ungrateful Bitches" according to Chris Rock lol), Ugly Betty and Grey's Anatomy.

I don't think anything else grabbed me so far.

I have the first two seasons on blu ray. When you come visit, we could have a marathon. Can you stay awake for 36 hours straight?
