Woman in Cow Costume Terrorizes Neighborhood Woman in cow costume arrested MIDDLETOWN - A 32-year-old woman was sentenced to a month in the Middletown Jail Monday after she was arrested and charged with chasing children, blocking traffic and yelling at police - all while wearing a cow costume. Michele Allen pleaded guilty Monday in Middletown Municipal Court to one count of disorderly conduct, court officials said. Middletown police said she chased children in the 3100 block of Wilbraham Road and urinated on a neighbor's porch Saturday night. An officer ordered her to go home and stay there. About 11 p.m., police were called to the 2400 block of North Verity Avenue after receiving a report that a woman in a cow costume was blocking traffic. She also urinated on a neighbor's front porch, police said. According to officers, Allen talked back and threatened to cause problems in the jail if she was arrested.
