Ever since I was 7 i was always fascinated with shows on ghost(e.g. unsolved mysteries, sightings,etc) i used to checked out books on catching ghost(at the age of 8). but to this day i have never seen or heard a ghost! people around have(my mother, cousins etc). i did sleep at a haunted house like twice now(my aunts, someone died there, of old age, something tends to appear at night or in the morning) as a somewhat buddhist, i kinda have to. (e.i. hungry ghosts, but may be different kind of ghost) so to conclude i do believe. but i have yet to see one.

i believe people leave behind energy when they die. i think some of that energy is a manifestation created by the people who knew them. i think some of the energy is debris actually left behind by the person. i don't think "ghosts" can hurt people or that they can serve a malevolent purpose in any way. i don't think they're all touchy-feely sweetiepie like patrick swayzee in "ghost", either. i'm a huge believer in ghosts in the metaphorical sense. Yep. I also believe that there are a bunch of faked hauntings.
I could write volumes about my family's experience with hauntings. My cousin has been, in fact, having some experiences. I'm a huge fan of Ghost Hunters, Paranormal State and all the other ghost shows. I try to watch them all. The one I believe the most is Ghost Hunters though for the simple fact that they go and try to debunk everything first.
