Never use it. The fluoride will kill ya. I only use baking soda. It's the best at whitening naturally, and it makes your breath smell fresh.

stopped using colgate total after i learned there is an antibacterial (triclosan) in it. I refuse to have antibacterials all over the damn place. I don't need it in my hand soap, i don't need it in my dish soap and i sure as hell don't need to put it in my mouth. We're going to create more superbugs at this rate.

now i use crest (but not crest pro health... that shit has triclosan too confused

)

I like that one.... like this better,

tastes like black liquorish, no fluoride either. Its the fennel propolis (sp) and myrrh toothpaste. Its my favorite.

I used to love this stuff, but I started getting a lot of cavities around that time. mad

I think maybe if you eat much sugar, fluoride is more important.

yeah, we have it, but I don't drink much tap water. And personally, I'd rather brush my teeth with fluoride than drink it!

But sometimes I wonder if any of this avoiding of chemicals makes any difference when we live in cities, drive on freeways, etc.
