DMCA - New charges (abuses?) Many stores have this "Black Friday" sale for the Friday after Thanksgiving. It's usually a pretty busy day, there there are plenty of hot sales. Frquently, ads get leaked and the information gets posted to sites on the web. Many of these sites will post actual pix, while many more will only post items of interest with pricess and product names and numbers. Many stores are going after sites that post this leaked information under the guise that such information is copyright and any electronic posting of that information violates the Digital Millinium Copyright Act of 1998.
