Totally love coffee! The taste! The smell! the process of making an espresso! I was absolutely addicted!
But age & flab have caught up with me, so I drink Jasmine green Tea every morning with my high fibre cereal! neutral

I love tea, especially sweet tea.

That being said, coffee is the best drink on earth by far. I like it any way you can make it: hot, cold, lukewarm, cream, sugar, black, strong, weak... there's good coffee and great coffee, but there's no such thing as bad coffee.

Both! I go back and forth. Lately I've been drinking black coffee most mornings, and tea more in the afternoons.

Caffeine never used to affect my sleep at all, but I do find in the past year or so that I have to avoid it for about 6 hours before bed.
