I sleep on my side Ive never been able to go to sleep lying on my back as when I was a young child my father told me you get nightmares if you sleep like that. I know that some people sleep on their stomachs like babies but I never have!

i should stop sleeping on my back then 4ever having nightmares

I sleep on my sides or on my stomach.
Cant sleep on my back. I have sleep apnea.

I sleep on my side and sometimes on my stomach. It's impossible for me to sleep on my back

I can sleep any where, any time. Sitting, leaning, on my tummy, on my back, on my side...you get the picture. For this reason, I am always "high" on caffeine. I have way crazy hours, I fall asleep about 12:30 am each night, and wake up for the day around 5am. For this reason I am always yawning always sleepy. But being a mother of 4, wife of one, with a full time job, countless hours of volunteer hours at my kids school, I can not have the luxury of sleep. I am known to grab a quick cat nap at odd times, if I can. Instead of lunch at work, I'll close the door to my office and grap a few zzz's, while waiting for my daughter to get to my car after school, I can take a 10 minute nap while parked in my car, and feel refreshed. I can go on and on, but I am sleepy.

I wish I could sleep on my back. I sleep on my side and it seems terrible for my knees, shoulders, arms...

very well these days! I can't believe it, after all these years as insomniac, I read a bit of a newspaper supplement, close my eyes and wake up in the morning, half an hour before the alarm.

I try sleeping on my back but I always turn over on my stomach

I know I am getting old, I LOVE to fall asleep in front of the telly, especially during movies I tell the master will be crap, like 10,000 BC
If I am really tired, I fall asleep on my back, otherwise on my side with about 5 pillows all around me like a wall.
