after the first few days kim had a translator that went with her, so we were able to communicate through her. but i still didn't pay attention to her very much, i was too busy with the other volunteers as well that had some from all over south america and also the united states. to make a long story short by the end of her volunteer work, kim had fallen in-love with me, i had no clue however! her translator came and told me, i was surprised to say the very least. kim decided to stay behind in brazil as the other volunteer went back to their countries, she stayed behind and lived at her translators house to see if things could work out between us. and they did, the more i got to know her, we just hit it off. so she ended up staying 7 months in brazil dating me, before we married. there's more to the story, but it would take too long to write here.
