I keep having the same damn dream over and over! And it's really starting to mess with my moods, and my life! When other's ask me whats going on, and I try to explain, they seem to take what I am saying as an attack against them. That is not the case!! I just have tons of things on my mind, and I can't seem to get everything organized in my head.

So are my dreams trying to tell me something? Or is it just my body & mind releasing some vent up worry or anger I am keeping in?

Do any of you have this problem? If so, how do you deal with it? HELP ME! Because if I have this dream again, I will go crazy!

U know something, despite what alot of the dream books say..dreams are usually to do with whatever is going on in ure life. U need to get things sorted, prefferably one by one..or ure going to keep going over this dream until u do

I keep dreaming that someone is leaving...not leaving because they don't want to be there, just leaving. Like when I go to find them, they are not there. It's really bugging me, and I keep waking up grumpy. I try and hide my mood, but it's only making matters worse, and I feel this person pulling away.

You could be right...I have been having this feeling for a couple of weeks now. Then the dreams started, with that came the HUGE lack of sleep. I do know there are many changes going on in my life...and I am very afraid of being alone. Like no control of what is going on.
