It was a long way to catch up with folks I didn't particularly like back then boxed

I still don't care for them much lol

BUT! the road trip with 2 of my sons was really fun mushy

BUT! putting up with my dad lecturing me on the impending recession blahblah dead

BUT! my mum made cinammon buns!

My sister keeps saying she's not going to hers unless she is skinny and rich by then.

it was just my friend who organised a meet-up at the pub, it was not a formal event

and yes, they probably just don't invite you, seeing as you live on the other side of the world wacky

Yeah, the 26 hour round trip could never be worth it. lol

I suppose going up the local pub every 2 years when I'm back in the UK is a reunion of sorts.

don't you know that you have to out-bling each other. the sequins represent how fantastic their lives are now. no no no!

I had nothing to prove to them, and I was hugging them and saying "wow Lisa, you looks so GLAMOROUS!!!!" (and she did, like a TV star!) boxed
Since 75% still live in that small town, I can totally see how fantastic their lives must be, still living in each others pockets!

I considered it for a little while, but then I wasn't anywhere NEAR being "popular". Heck, I'd be surprised if anyone remembers me.
