We are ALWAYS fucking up something good over here - anybody remember the fiasco that was Coupling?? lol

Needless to say I didn't make it to the end of the episode on the US version of Kath & Kim, it was horrible (but not worse than the attempt @ Coupling). I immediately killed the season pass off the Tivo...

The Office is the only show (of late) that's managed to do it right.

& I really can't stand what they've done to the US version of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares ill All that voiceover, crash/bang/boom effects - it has NONE of the charm of the BBC show, which I love.

Is Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmare's the one where he helps restaurants? I liked that show but you could tell it was very FOX and it was chocked filled with terrible editing and bad sound effects.

wasn't Friends based on Coupling? confuse or was that something else

I never knew Friends was based on Coupling, but at least Friends was funny initially. US television made an actual attempt to recreate Coupling (same title) which was a disaster, I believe it aired ONCE disbelief

THAT is what I'm talking about. All that crap it so unnecessary - the drama should come from the story, not the cheesy effects they throw on it. Oy!

It was a good show but I couldn't help noticed how FOX'd up it was. it reminded me of "The Simple Life". Horrible!
