Any skilled sketcher here? I need some tips.

How do you get the proportions right?
The head of my characters are either too small or big in proportion too the body.

I wish I could help you but I can't even draw stick figures with the proper proportions. Some of the folks here are artists so maybe they'll have some ideas. I don't see them online right now though.
