that can be dangerous, if no one knows what you are doing...shrug ..tammy2:2

huh?

It's a Bible reference. Book of Tammy, chapter2, verse 2.

"And the Lord said unto Tammy, "Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me for the path is narrow. In fact, just piss off and leave me alone."

I have strong leadership qualities, which I almost pathologically try to suppress. But more and more, I realize it is written in the stars that I step into the role, and that it will show its face in a career change in the next couple of years. nod

I hate it, because I am pathologically shy, and I love solitude. But there it is. neutral

Honestly, I go along with the majority here; thinking I'm both, depending on the situation/circumstances. Some of us do have more leadership skills than others though, of course. My own leadership skills aren't strong, but they seem to be getting stronger as time goes on, especially in my life outside the internet.

In addition to these statements, and Lammastide's notion of being a servant...I'd like to hear others' ideas of what qualities make a good leader.

I suppose I could say that I find it offensive that people actually believe that tripe, but, instead, I think I'll go with "How any rational person cannot see that religion is complete and utter nonsense is entirely beyond me."
