UK people...looking for shoe size help!! So I saw this British style show tonight and this chick had on these wicked ass shoes. I found them online but I am totally confused about UK shoe sizes. I looked up some size conversion charts online but they all seem to be different.
Little help...? These are them.

Yeah, nightmare. I was trying to order some shoes for Mon online and all I had was her European size. Did the same and tried to find the US size but everywhere I looked it was slightly different (the UK sizes too).

What I don't understand is that some shoe stores here have European sizes but when I look at the charts, it totally doesn't match up when I compare canadian and euro.
Like wtf? | |

What size are you? I was looking for a 41 for Mon and one place said 10 US, another 9.5, and the UK size was anywhere from 7 to 8.

I've always thought I'm a UK 11, but I did just buy a pair of Euro size 43s (that are admittedly a bit small) and this conversion table says that's an 8! http://www.onlineconversi...womens.htm wtf? even the 44 I buy here usually is only a 9 1/2. They need to standardize this shit!

I'd go for the smaller size and hope they stretch out after you break them in... Better question would be do you plan on wearing them a lot or just occasionally.
If lots, then go larger and get a ladies gel insole to tighten them up a bit. If only rarely, get the tighter ones and push past the pain. Also, whats the websites return policy? A working class Hero is something to be ~ Lennon

That's awesome. Believe me, I wish I could. But I'm in the same predicament. I think everybody is. I've currently got shoes in a 43, 44 and 45 Euro, along with UK size 10s and 11s, so what fucking size am I????

I would gladly have helped, but I think we have another system here again, and that is confusing enough.
On my chucks: mens 5 womens 7 UK 5 europe 37.5 CM 24 on my Rykäs: US 8.5 UK 7 EUR 40.5 CM 25.5 In Australia I'm a size 7.5

I have some dress shoes from Spain that I buy a size larger just so they're wearable... [Edited 10/9/08 17:06pm] A working class Hero is something to be ~ Lennon

Ex-Moderator | I can never find shoes in euro sizes that fit me right. I'm always somewhere in between 2 sizes. US and UK work, but the conversions aren't consistent at all. |

So basically, I can't buy them because no one seems to be able to make consistent sizing from country to country.
